Outstanding service provided!!! I recently had a complete a/c service and repair on my car. The whole crew are to be commended from service estimate to actual work. Stopped by and asked to put air in the tire, as Josh did that for free. I told him that the car would steer to the right when I let go of the wheel. So we looked at the two front tires and realized that the outer treads were cupping. He recommended that I rotate the tires. So knowing that the tires needed better tread I ordered 2 new tires and went in 4 days later he installed the new tires, and the car rides perfectly straight no vibration in the steering wheel whatsoever touche good job Josh Dave and Steve thank you I'll be back

I cannot say enough about Steve, Riley, and the rest of the staff at Schlenker Automotive. I went in with one problem, which continued to evolve over the course of approximately one week. Not only did the guys there fix the original issue, they also covered the cost of parts and labor to make it right. They are super easy to communicate with, extremely professional and personable, and they have also done a great job at keeping the place clean where I was able to sit and work from my computer for almost 2 hours while waiting for my car. Overall, I cannot say enough great things and will continue to use them for all my automotive needs.

I went to Schlenker for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with the promptness with which I was seen and the high level of customer service. There were some minor issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. Rather than going for the hard sell (which has happened elsewhere), the pros and cons of addressing the issues were thoroughly explained so that I could make an informed decision.
